What are community cats?
Community Cats have lived in the wild for generations without human contact and usually, cannot be domesticated. They are also stray cats that had once been pets but were lost or abandoned by their owners. They now have to fend for themselves, free roaming, in a cruel and dangerous life on the streets. Community cats are susceptible to harsh weather conditions, predators, infections and diseases that can result in a painful existence, requiring medical care (that many don't receive).

Who are we?
Community Cat Angels (CCA) is a registered 501(C)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing community cats. Our sole focus is addressing the crisis of an ever increasing feral and stray cat population in the Las Vegas valley. CCA is comprised solely of volunteers, we receive no government funding and we rely on the kindness and generosity of donors to support our programs. It has only been with the help of our followers, donors, and the community that we can make a greater impact.

How can you help?
Being involved in the rehabilitation process of community cats is a rewarding and fulfilling experience. There are many ways to contribute, either financially or through in-kind gifts. Volunteers are needed to assist in the care of cats and kittens as well as for administrative and fundraising support. Whether you foster, adopt, donate or volunteer: There’s nothing like seeing a sickly, scared kitty turn into a cuddly and playful house cat. We rely solely on the generosity of donors to support our programs. Contributions of money, time or talent are greatly appreciated. Community Cat Angels could not thrive without your support.
